Terms & Conditions – Daily Sightseeing (Private Taxi) 1️⃣ Tour Duration • Full-day sightseeing is 8–10 hours (starting from pickup time). • Extra hours will be charged additionally per hour. 2️⃣ Pickup & Drop • Pickup & drop within city limits (Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Panjim). • Extra charges may apply for far locations (South Goa / Airport / Railway Station). 3️⃣ Vehicle Usage • Vehicle is strictly for sightseeing as per agreed itinerary. • Route changes or additional places will be charged extra. 4️⃣ Inclusions • Driver allowance • Fuel charges • Basic parking fees 5️⃣ Exclusions • Entry tickets • Cruise tickets • Water sports / Scuba diving • Jeep safari (for Dudhsagar Falls) • Meals & personal expenses 6️⃣ Payment Policy • 50% advance required to confirm booking. • Balance payment to be cleared before or during pickup. 7️⃣ Cancellation Policy • Cancellation before 24 hours – Partial refund (as per company policy). • Same day cancellation – No refund. 8️⃣ Driver & Guest Responsibility • Guests must follow local rules and timings. • Any damage to vehicle caused by guest will be chargeable. • Driver has the right to refuse service in case of misconduct. 9️⃣ Night Charges • Additional charges apply after 8:00 PM (if sightseeing exceeds standard timing). 🔟 Peak Season Policy (Dec–Jan) • Rates may vary during peak season and long weekends.
